"Package showed up rough"
I’m not totally sure if it happened during shipping or before, but the package from Lane 201 arrived in bad shape. The box was crushed, barely taped up, and the clothes looked like they’d just been shoved in. Maybe I expected a little more care, but either way, it was definitely disappointing

I was really excited when I ordered because everything looked so cute, the items are adorable in person too. But wow, the shipping felt like it took forever. I went from excited to annoyed to excited again once it finally arrived. Happy with what I got, just wish the delivery had been faster

"Way cuter in the photos"
I ordered this thinking it was going to be a much better fit based on the description, but honestly... give me a break. It looks cute online, but in person the fabric felt thinner than I expected and the sizing was just off. Shipping was fine, nothing to complain about there, but overall it didn’t feel worth the price to me.

"Cute pieces, but it’s a bit of a gamble"
I still remember ordering a top from Lane 201 for a night out and being so excited when it came in because it looked perfect online. The style was really cute and totally my vibe, but in person it didn’t feel quite as nice as I expected for the price. I’ve had a few pieces I ended up loving, and a few that were just okay. It’s still a fun place to check when I need something trendy for going out, but I don’t expect every item to be a win...

"Stuck waiting forever"
I’m still waiting for my order and it’s frustrating. The processing has taken way too long, and being stuck in the queue with no real update just makes it worse

I mean, the points do come in handy here and there, so I can’t really complain too much, but it does feel like it takes forever to actually get to a reward that feels worth it. It’s nice when they add up, just kind of slow, you know?

I sent my order back, and according to the tracking, they received it over two weeks ago. I still haven’t gotten my refund, though, and every time I ask, I just get the same, vague “processing” response.
I’m fine waiting a few days, that’s normal, but this feels way too slow. i probably wouldn’t order from them again, unless they seriously improve how long refunds take

They got some really nice items and I liked what I saw, but the prices kinda feels high to me. Good quality though, just not the cheapest.

I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they barely gave me an answer. Maybe I wasn’t explaining the issue clearly enough, I’m not sure, but it felt like they just didn’t really want to help

"Delivery Was Honestly a Mess"
I ordered from lane201.com and, I’m sorry, but the delivery experience was really frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up way later than it was supposed to. I had to keep checking everything myself, which I don’t think is too much to expect some help with. The items might be cute, sure, but if shipping is going to be this stressful, I don’t really feel like ordering again

"Not really happy with this order"
I ordered a dress it just took way too long to arrive. When it finally got here, the sizing felt off, like really off, and dealing with the return was more annoying than it should’ve been. I was hoping it would be an easy order, but it wasn’t. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

I ordered a few things from Lane 201 and the clothes were fine overall, but the stuff that didn’t fit was kind of a pain to send back. I thought the return process would be straightforward, but the instructions weren’t super clear and I had to dig around a bit to figure it out
It ended up taking longer than I expected, and it made the whole order feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but I’d probably only order again if I was really confident about the sizing

I’ve found some really cute pieces on Lane201, so I do check it out now and then. The styles are nice, but after scrolling for a while, a lot of it starts to look kind of the same. I also wish they had more variety with colors and fits. One top I liked looked totally different in the photos than I expected, and that part was weird. Overall, it’s not bad, just not always super exciting for me

I was disappointed with the fit. I ordered my usual size, but once you try it on, you can tell the sizing is just not right.

I reached out to support hoping they’d actually help, but nothing got fixed. It feels like they just brushed it off and moved on, which is really frustrating. I’m still dealing with the same issue, so I don’t know what the point of contacting them was.

I regret not reading the reviews before dealing with them. I had to keep asking for updates because they didn’t provide any on their own. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on unless I reached out first.
"Felt Ignored at First, But They Fixed It"
One of my sweaters showed up with a small tear in the sleeve, which was frustrating because I had been excited to wear it right away.
I emailed Lane 201 with a couple pictures, for a bit I felt kind of ignored while I was waiting to hear back. Once they did respond, they were nice about it and sent out a replacement without making it a whole hassle.
The new sweater arrived in good shape, so I’m glad it worked out. I wish the communication had felt a little more reassuring at the start, but they did fix the issue quickly in the end.
